If you have completed stage one and two* of the complaints process and remain unsatisfied with the way the charity has dealt with your concerns, you can refer your complaint to the Scottish Fundraising Adjudication Panel. You’ll find the online complaint form below.
Our three-stage complaints process asks you to raise your complaint with the fundraising organisation in the first instance. However, we recognize that from time to time there may be limited circumstances in which your complaint cannot be raised with the charity directly. (See Part Two section 32 of our Complaints Policy).
